The villa is quiet luxury. Tropical, clean, stunning. Every corner of that property is a set. Every meal, every sunrise, every waterfall is a moment. And I am there for all of it.

Before you arrive
Preparation
You will join a private group chat where I send a packing guide, a prep workbook, and script worksheets for your legacy video. You will know exactly what to bring, what to prepare, and what to expect.
Day 1
Arrival and welcome
We all fly in around the same time. I pick everyone up and we drive three and a half hours down to Uvita getting to know each other, already talking about the week ahead. You walk into the villa and your jaw drops. We unpack, grab groceries, ease into a welcome dinner. Light, fun, no pressure. This night is just about arriving.
Day 2
Immersion begins
Sunrise group shoot in golden light, all three of you, easing in. Coffee and breakfast after. Then we move into the villa for midday content creation using every beautiful corner of the property. We film legacy videos in the shade, have a working lunch where we talk through how to use your content, and close with a sunset shoot.
Day 3
Adventure and story
Individual sunrise shoot, then we head out to the waterfall for most of the day. Back at the villa in the afternoon, we film talking-head brand videos in beautiful light. Dinner and real connection to close the night.
Day 4
Slow goodbye
Slow breakfast. Soak it in. Airport transfer. You leave with a full heart and content for the season.
Where you stay
Sol-E-Mar
Set among red palms above Uvita Bay, Sol-E-Mar pairs natural stone and wood with warm terra cotta tones, a private pool, and ocean-facing rooms.
The primary suite pairs a king bed with an outdoor ocean-view shower; the Double Deluxe offers two queens and a double shower. At 300m², the living room is a quiet, green-shaded haven with a sea breeze — its sofa bed sleeps two more.
Every stay includes parking, a full kitchen, a 60″ TV, A/C, hot water, linens, a safe, and free Wi-Fi and international channels throughout.

Behind Fodor Fotos and Film, Kat is a photographer and filmmaker with a decade of experience shooting the moments that matter for women building something real.
Long before hosting a retreat, the work was happening inside them. Wellness retreats, leadership immersions, movement and healing gatherings — present as both photographer and participant. That dual experience shaped an understanding of the rhythm, the energy, and what it actually takes to capture transformation as it happens.
